Our staff have vast experience of working with people with different types of needs such as people living with mental health problems, physical disabilities, and older adults. We value our clients and have taken time to train our staff on how to work and communicate effectively with these client groups, to ensure that they receive excellent services.
We also have a complaints procedure and a feedback forum to allow our customers to have a say. We take complaints and feedback seriously to learn from them and improve our services.
